Jewish Tales is a program that was born out of love for the Jewish culture and its life in different corners of Earth. Marina Vinogradova-Katz, lead singer and arranger of multiple musical groups, has devoted a lot of time to researching and arranging in new ways little known pieces of Jewish music. You will hear beautiful arrangements in Hebrew, beloved Yiddish songs, as well as incredible Sephardic tunes sung by our special guest Tamara Jokic. Together with pianist Margaux Vranken, the singers will complement their musical journey with interwoven storytelling, covering multiple cultural and historical aspects of Jewish musical heritage, from Sephardic to Ashkenazi to Israeli, through songs and accompanying narratives.
