To Whom It May Concern:

I am happy to write this letter in support of the Nigun Chamber Ensemble and their proposal to CJP’s Innovation Grants to present concert programs of Jewish traditional and art music. The Jewish Educational and Cultural Center “Makor” is delighted to collaborate with the Nigun Chamber Ensemble in order to make these programs a success. We will provide concert and rehearsal space, administrative support, promotional materials and flyers in Russian language. Our web site will be available as an additional promotional source for the concerts. We will also assist in the advertising of the events in the Russian Boston press and on radio and TV.

We have worked with the Nigun Ensemble and its artistic director Yelena Neplok for many years. Their performances are always met with enthusiastic audience response. Their concerts have received great critical acclaim, and we have no doubt that they will be appreciated by all who will hear them.

The Jewish Educational and Cultural Center “Makor” is delighted to partner and cooperate fully with the Nigun Chamber Ensemble for the purposes of bring their music to the public. The Center will serve as their fiscal agent under its 501c(3) status with the Internal Revenue Service, and agrees to receive grant money on behalf of the Nigun Chamber Ensemble.

Thank you for your consideration of this important project. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
