DESCRIPTION:Amber Alert – Save Ukrainian Children\nSAVE THE DATE\nSATURDAY – May 31\, 2025 at 2:00 PM\nBoston Common – Liberty Mall \nJune 8\, 2025\, is International Children’s Day — a day to highlight the importance of children in our society and to work toward a better future by improving their welfare and making the world a safer place for them. \nIt is also a day to remind the entire civilized world that\, because of the Russian invasion\, Ukrainian children have been robbed of their childhoods. \n625 killed\, 1\,944 injured\, 2\,232 missing\, 19 subjected to sexual violence\, 19\,546 children deported and forcibly displaced — only 1\,307 have been returned home. The rest of Ukraine’s children live under constant stress and danger. Russia has stolen their childhoods. \n“Russia’s forced transfer of Ukrainian children amounts to genocide\,” the Council of Europe stated on April 27\, 2023\, in a resolution adopted by its Parliamentary Assembly. \nThis is genocide. \nWe cannot remain silent.
