DESCRIPTION:Center Makor and the Network of Jewish Mental Health clinicians cordially invite you to a Business Breakfast of Jewish Solidarity. \nSupport our psychological mission to the State of Israel. \nYou will enjoy a traditional Israeli continental breakfast with fresh bagels\, pitas\, cream cheese\, lox\, assorted cheeses\, Israeli desserts\, and coffee/tea. \nWednesday\, March 25\, at 8:30-10:00 am.\nThe Community Hub. 1320 Centre St.\, Newton \nAs we know\, the Israeli Mental Health System is facing unprecedented challenges supporting wounded soldiers\, reservists’ families\, families of hostages\, and everyone else affected by the war. \nThe network of Jewish Mental Health Professionals is organizing a Mission Trip to Israel to support the Israeli clinicians and Mental Health Systems.\nYou will learn more about challenges and innovative ways of trauma treatment.\nYou will join us in brainstorming\, focused on developing ideas for creating a supportive network in Boston. \nKeynote Speaker: Gony Raban Zohar\, A Licensed Clinical Psychologist from Israel specializing in individual\, couples\, and group therapy. Gony is a member of the Israeli Institute of Group Analysis and brings extensive experience in trauma and resilience. She served as a Mental Health Officer in the Israel Defense Forces (Air Force\, Intelligence Corps\, and the Combat Reaction Unit). Since October 7th\, she has been dedicated to volunteering with combat veterans and civilians coping with PTSD and acute trauma. \nThe event is free\, but we’re asking you to register in advance. \nREGISTER \n\nThis event takes place at our Community Hub located at 1320 Centre St.\, Newton\, 02459. \nParking is available between the buildings or on the ramp behind the open bar gate.
