Following the movie and discussion – cooking class by Iris where teens will prepare variety of hummuses.

Yotam Ottolenghi explores the country’s fresh produce, seafood, and culinary scene. It showcases his visit to a farm, the streets of Tel Aviv, and the hills of Jerusalem, and features him cooking dishes like shakshuka, grilled fish cakes, and a tomato and pomegranate salad.
