Dear Friends and Colleagues,
It is hard to imagine that the one-year anniversary of the atrocities of October 7 is almost upon us. As you may have read in our partner organization newsletter and community save the date, we are working on a large-scale commemoration event to be held in the evening on Monday, October 7, in partnership with the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston, the Israeli-American Council (IAC), and the Consulate General of Israel to New England.
This event will offer a chance for us to come together to remember, reflect, and look to the future as we stand with Israel. It will be both a space and an opportunity to remember the victims of the terror attacks and be in community with one another. We hope to welcome you and your community to this event.
In addition, we would welcome your organization as an event co-sponsor and are eager for your help to spread the word. See below for opportunities to help us design the event — including providing feedback on what your community or organization would need to show up that evening in solidarity and support.

Join one of three Zoom drop-in sessions tomorrow, August 8 at 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET, as well as Friday, August 16 at 12:00 p.m. to give us your input on how we can all help create an impactful event for our community. Each session is one hour and there is no need to register beforehand.
