Dear Fans of Café Yiddishkayt:
It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the postponement of Café Yiddishkayt until further notice. In consideration of the immense amount of talent we had lined for next week’s cabaret we have not made this decision lightly, but out of a sense of obligation and responsibility to ensure the wellbeing of both our artists and our audiences.

We strongly encourage everyone to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves in the face of this unprecedented pandemic so that, in the words of Morris Winchevsky’s “Di Tsukunft” (The Future):

…dos lebn laykhter, gringer
yeder kloger vet a zinger
vern, brider, bald

…life will be lighter, easier
each mourner will become a singer
soon, brothers…
